Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our official website Nasr-AI.com and any affiliated channels operated by NasrAI Solutions. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined herein, under The Contract Act, 1872 and The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (as applicable within your province).

2. Eligibility for Returns / Cancellations

Digital Services (AI Systems, Subscriptions, Software Licenses):

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or activation if the service has not been used or downloaded.
  • Once service access or data delivery occurs, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable under Section 4 of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

Physical Goods (if applicable):

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition with all packaging and documentation.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email support@nasr-ai.com with your order number, reason, and proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds exclude non-recoverable transaction or gateway fees unless required by The Punjab Consumer Protection Rules, 2021.
  • Partial use of digital services may result in pro-rata deductions.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fully delivered AI solutions, consultancy, or software customization.
  • Downloaded or activated digital licenses.
  • Subscriptions with over 10% of usage already consumed.
  • Discounted or promotional purchases, unless defective.
  • Late cancellation requests after 30 days.

5. Defects, Damaged Goods, or Incorrect Deliverables

If you receive a defective or incorrect product/service, notify us within 14 days at support@nasr-ai.com. Include evidence such as photos, screenshots, or logs. Valid cases will be resolved as per Section 13 of the Consumer Protection Act (Punjab, 2005) by replacement, correction, or refund.

6. Return & Refund Process

Email your refund request to support@nasr-ai.com with:

  • Your full name, contact number, and order/invoice number.
  • Purchase date and payment method.
  • Reason for return or cancellation with supporting documentation.

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days under SECP’s e-commerce compliance standards.

7. Shipping & Return Costs (Physical Goods)

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product was defective or mis-shipped.
  • Use a trackable courier; NasrAI is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Policy Amendments

NasrAI reserves the right to modify this policy anytime. Updates will be posted on Nasr-AI.com and apply only to future purchases.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by The Contract Act, 1872, The Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and The Consumer Protection Acts applicable in Pakistan. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
