1. Overview
This Shipping & Service Policy defines the terms regarding delivery and service fulfillment by NasrAI Org. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following delivery procedures governed by both Pakistani law and recognized international digital commerce standards.
This policy adheres to The Contract Act, 1872, E-Commerce Protection Regulations, 2020, and Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, as well as principles under the UNCITRAL Model Law on E-Commerce (United Nations, 1996) and the WTO Guidelines for Global E-Commerce.
2. Service Delivery (Digital Products)
NasrAI Org primarily provides AI-based digital products and services that are delivered electronically through secure servers, web dashboards, or registered email channels. Upon successful payment confirmation, delivery or service activation typically occurs within:
- Instantly – for automated software activations or subscription plans.
- 1–3 business days – for customized or manually processed AI solutions.
Delivery confirmation is considered complete when the user gains access to the purchased product, receives a digital activation notice, or successfully logs into their NasrAI Org dashboard.
3. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
While NasrAI Org operates primarily through digital delivery, certain hardware devices, documentation, or licensed physical media may occasionally be shipped. Such deliveries are handled through reputable national and international courier services.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days after payment verification
- Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days
- International Delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Customers receive tracking information via email upon shipment. Shipping fees and applicable import duties (for international clients) will be communicated prior to dispatch.
4. Service Availability and Delays
NasrAI Org ensures continuous digital service availability. However, delays may occur due to technical maintenance, network disruptions, or third-party service failures. In such cases, users are promptly notified through their account dashboards or email.
NasrAI Org is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or regulatory restrictions.
5. Confirmation of Delivery
Digital product delivery is deemed confirmed when:
- A product or service is made accessible in the user dashboard.
- A confirmation or activation email is successfully sent to the user’s registered email.
- The user downloads or accesses the purchased content.
Physical shipment delivery is confirmed via signed receipt or courier tracking verification.
6. Failed Deliveries or Access Issues
Users must report any non-delivery or access issue within 7 days of order confirmation. NasrAI Org’s support team will promptly investigate and resolve matters in line with the Refund & Return Policy and applicable service-level terms.
7. Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties
Shipping charges (if any) are disclosed at checkout. For international orders, import duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Digital services may include applicable local or international taxes under the Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011 (Pakistan) and OECD E-Commerce Taxation Principles.
